Senior Graphic Designer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our creative design needs across marketing, program content, and brand communication.

The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent conceptual thinking and storytelling abilities. They will also be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs.

This role demands adaptability, creativity, and a willingness to experiment with new formats and ideas. The successful candidate will work closely with our program and marketing teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals and maintain brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design marketing and communication materials for social media, campaigns, newsletters, and websites.
  • Develop creative content for students, teachers, and parents (presentations, classroom resources, event branding).
  • Maintain brand consistency while adapting designs to varied audiences.
  • Collaborate with program and marketing teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
  • Experiment with new formats including motion graphics, infographics, video edits, and event merchandise.
  • Manage multiple projects with timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling ability through visuals.
  • Ability to adapt design style for different audiences (students, parents, educators).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with agility and ownership.
