About Graphic Design:

At our organization, we seek a talented Graphic Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand.

You will be responsible for creating engaging assets for marketing campaigns, social media, showrooms, events, and internal communications.

We're looking for someone with exceptional design sensibilities, a keen understanding of current trends, and a passion for growing in the dynamic world of branding and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually compelling social media creatives for various product verticals.
  • Create visuals for digital ad campaigns that capture audience attention.
  • Design offline collateral such as standees, flyers, hoardings, showroom branding, event materials, and vehicle wraps that effectively communicate our message.
  • Contribute to seasonal campaign concepts that drive sales and engagement.
  • Collaborate with content and video teams to develop strong storytelling-driven visual assets that resonate with our target audience.
  • Create internal posters, newsletters, wallpapers, org charts, and culture-promoting assets that foster a positive work environment.
  • Design visuals for team announcements, training modules, and recognition campaigns that motivate employees.
  • Work closely with department heads to visually communicate policies, updates, and initiatives that impact the team.
  • Assist in designing presentations and pitch decks that effectively convey our message to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or similar for fast iterations.
  • Strong foundation in color theory, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy that guides design decisions.
  • Good understanding of formats for both digital and print mediums.
  • Awareness of Generative AI tools and workflows is a plus that can enhance design capabilities.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for different brands.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a structured environment.
  • Organized, deadline-oriented, and able to juggle multiple brand guidelines.
  • A portfolio that showcases versatility, detail orientation, and creative thinking.
  • Positive attitude, openness to feedback, and eagerness to grow and develop professionally.
