Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in design principles and a portfolio that showcases their passion for illustrative design, typography, and visual storytelling.

They should be able to design high-impact creatives for digital and print platforms, aligning with brand objectives and goals. This includes collaborating with marketing teams to deliver visually consistent assets and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Presentation skills are also crucial as the candidate will need to present design concepts, justify creative choices, and adapt based on feedback from stakeholders.

In addition, they should be able to evaluate and refine visual materials to meet brand guidelines and quality standards. Effective time management is essential as the candidate will manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-impact creatives for digital and print platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Present design concepts and adapt to feedback.
  • Evaluate and refine visual materials.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in graphic design.

Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Figma.

A strong foundation in typography, visual hierarchy, composition, and layout principles.

Ability to design for web, print, and social platforms.

Experience creating brand collateral, logos, and marketing assets.

Familiarity with print processes and file setup for print.

Experience in asset optimization for performance and speed.

Knowledge of social platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

Desirable Skills:

Working knowledge of CorelDRAW.

Experience in basic motion graphics.

UI design expertise.
