Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team specializing in modernizing and transforming SAP cloud systems.

This role is ideal for aspiring professionals looking to gain hands-on experience with modern SAP cloud technologies, system administration, and enterprise-grade deployments.

The selected candidate will assist in installing and configuring SAP systems on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), support SAP S/4HANA system administration and maintenance activities, learn transport management system (TMS) operations and change management, assist with user administration, role management, and authorization concepts, and support system monitoring, performance analysis, and basic tuning activities.

In addition, the Cloud Systems Administrator will gain hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), support SAP cloud deployments and RISE with SAP implementations, learn SAP integration scenarios using SAP Integration Suite, assist with SAP system refresh, system copy, and backup/recovery operations, and support SAP Basis activities in hybrid cloud environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this position, candidates must possess a strong academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), operating systems (Windows Server and Linux administration fundamentals), database concepts (basic SQL knowledge and database administration concepts), networking (understanding of TCP/IP, firewalls, and network security basics), scripting (basic knowledge of shell scripting, PowerShell, or similar), fundamental understanding of SAP architecture and components, and basic knowledge of SAP modules (preferably through training or coursework).

Prior experience with virtualization technologies (VMware preferred), understanding of ITIL processes and change management, basic knowledge of DevOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines, familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management are also desirable.
