Job Title: Data Systems Specialist

About the Role

This is a senior-level position requiring hands-on experience with Unisys DMSII database administration. As a DMSII DBA, you will be responsible for performing installation, configuration, and administration of DMSII databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform data backups, journaling, and roll-forward recovery procedures to ensure data integrity across environments.
  • Manage sets, subsets, and indexes to ensure efficient data access and troubleshoot performance or access issues in collaboration with application and system teams.
  • Implement and maintain security, audit trails, and user access controls.
Requirements
  • Strong hands-on experience with Unisys DMSII database administration.
  • Knowledge of DMUTILITY, DMSUPPORT, and database reorganization tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
