Executive Education Sales Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to secure new business opportunities for executive education programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development
    • Identify and develop innovative executive education programs that meet the needs of corporate clients.
    • Design and deliver customized programs tailored to specific client requirements.
    • Collaborate with faculty, industry experts, and clients to develop relevant program content.
  • Client Relations
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
    • Understand client needs and challenges, developing solutions to address them.
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing for executive education programs.
    • Provide excellent customer service to clients.
  • Faculty Recruitment and Development
    • Recruit and select qualified faculty members to teach executive education programs.
    • Provide professional development opportunities for faculty to enhance their teaching skills.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote executive education programs.
    • Manage the sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential corporate clients.
  • Program Delivery
    • Oversee logistics and administration of executive education programs.
    • Ensure programs are delivered effectively and meet quality standards.
    • Monitor participant satisfaction and make necessary adjustments.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the budget for executive education enterprise.
    • Monitor revenue and expenses to ensure profitability.
    • Evaluate financial performance of executive education programs.

Securing new B2B and B2C clients is key to successful program delivery and revenue generation.
