Responsibilities

  1. Support internal business teams: Work closely with partners, platforms, and central GroupM data teams to develop tailored solutions using thought leadership and proprietary products.
  2. Conduct client data and technology audits: Develop audience strategies through detailed data transformation roadmaps.
  3. Project manage all signed-off SOWs: Ensure effective delivery from initiation to closure.
  4. Work closely with agency planning teams: Identify opportunities for clients within CDAT scope.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Advertising, Communication, Brand Management, or Marketing.
  • 8+ years of experience in a planning or platform management role, with expertise in integrated and digital strategies.
  • Thorough understanding of various platforms and digital marketing channels and digital media metrics.
  • Expert knowledge on the data and digital landscape and relevant topics within the industry.
  • Strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand client business challenges and develop creative, effective, and measurable solutions.
  • High-level stakeholder management capabilities, who can influence diverse teams and individuals.
  • Experience working with marketing teams.

Estimated Salary: ₹30-45 Lakh per annum (approximately USD 42,000-63,000), based on location and experience. This estimate is subject to negotiation and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
