Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategy Director to lead our SEO efforts and drive growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase organic search visibility, improve website rankings, and drive qualified traffic and leads for clients.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure the team achieves individual and collective goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for digital marketing clients, build strong relationships, and effectively communicate digital marketing strategies, performance metrics, and recommendations to drive client satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversight of technical SEO audits, website optimizations, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal website performance, crawlability, and indexability.
  • Collaboration with content teams to develop and execute content strategies aligned with digital marketing goals, including keyword research, content optimization, and link building initiatives.
  • Utilization of data-driven insights to monitor digital marketing performance, track key metrics, and provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in digital marketing and SEO.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving organic search growth and delivering results for clients.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing digital marketing teams.
  • Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex digital marketing concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
