Job Summary:

The Operations Team Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring goal attainment and adherence to procedures. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Conduct regular meetings, briefings, and performance discussions to ensure clear expectations and support.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration and productivity.
  • Monitor workflow, allocate tasks, and manage resources effectively to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects in line with production schedules.
  • Track and analyze team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on operational status and team performance.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions to improve overall performance.
  • Provide on-the-job training and coaching to enhance team member skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate development programs with HR or senior management to address training needs.
  • Implement effective solutions to minimize disruptions and improve efficiency.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to company quality standards, safety regulations, and ethical guidelines.
  • Promote a safe working environment and ensure proper use of equipment and personal protective equipment.
  • Manage and optimize the utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials within the department.
  • Liaise effectively with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and support overall company objectives.
