In this role, you will help channel information to enable business leaders to make informed decisions, creating a great working environment for our team.

You'll be essential in advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive team through practices that support growth, engagement, retention, and inclusion.

Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding: Welcome new team members, introduce them to our culture and policies, and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Background Verification: Conduct thorough background checks for all new hires in partnership with vendors.
  • Team Engagement: Regularly check-in with new and existing team members to ensure high happiness and productivity.
  • Conflict Resolution: Partner with leaders and management to resolve conflicts or concerns.
  • Policies and Communication: Create and maintain email templates, policies, and announcements for the team.
  • Policy Development: Collaborate with leaders to draft policies and add them to our handbook.
  • Retention and Attrition: Strategize programs to minimize attrition and maximize retention.
  • Exit Interviews and Off-boarding: Conduct exit interviews and manage off-boarding processes end-to-end.
  • Logistics and Partnerships: Plan and manage team offsites, workations, and logistics, as well as coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Finance and Administration: Process salary changes and payroll with the Finance team within tight timelines.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate and negotiate with vendors to close and maintain end-to-end partnerships.
About You:
  • Experience: 8+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Education: Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with MS Office and related tools.
  • Personality: Mature, empathetic, rational, self-motivated, and able to handle sensitive matters with care.
