Job Description

As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness across various departments.

  • Conduct thorough process audits to identify areas of improvement and implement changes to optimize workflows and streamline operations.
  • Develop and execute annual audit plans, gathering and analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Compile detailed reports highlighting findings and recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Serve as an objective advisor, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, leveraging Six Sigma methodologies and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical or electrical engineering).
  • 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing or service industry, with a focus on process audit and improvement.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to compile complex reports.
  • Proven knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, laws, and regulations.
  • Experience with process improvement tools, such as Six Sigma and 7 QC tools.
