About Operations Leadership

We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our operations team, driving customer satisfaction through efficient processes and teamwork.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the customer experience from booking to handover, ensuring timely project completion and high-quality standards.
  • Act as the highest point of escalation for customer issues, resolving them within committed timeframes and delivering projects with a positive outcome.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expedite issue resolution and empower team members to solve problems effectively.
  • Mentor and develop existing team members, identifying opportunities to strengthen the region's team.
  • Ensure adherence to established processes, SOPs, and standards to provide a consistent customer experience.
  • Responsible for on-time customer move-in timelines, high customer satisfaction scores, and swift resolution of customer escalations.


Requirements:

  • National Institute of Technology (NIT), BITS, or Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) degree or MBA from a top-tier business school.
  • 7-12 years of overall work experience in startups or operations roles in similar industries.
  • Demonstrated people management skills with direct team reporting experience required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong written and oral communication skills essential.
  • A structured thought process and strong analytical ability are necessary.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment is vital.
