
Business Development Executive

We are seeking a skilled Account Management Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional products or services.
- You will play a crucial part in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth by providing top-notch support and guidance to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients through regular communication and active listening.
- Needs Assessment:Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements, preferences, and expectations to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Account Planning:Create comprehensive account plans outlining strategies for client retention and growth, aligning with the client's objectives and goals.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling:Identify opportunities to sell additional products or services to existing clients, increasing revenue and improving customer satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution:Address and resolve client concerns, issues, or escalations in a timely and effective manner, ensuring minimal disruption to the client's operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. A bachelor's degree in any field is required, while a postgraduate degree is preferred.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is necessary, with a proven track record of success in account management, sales, or a related field.
Familiarity with CRM software and analytics tools is essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
