Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire new customers through effective sales and customer handling skills.
  • Call Jio Customers and explain them about Jio s Recharges to promote the service.
  • Assist the customers in completing Jio Recharge to ensure timely completion.
  • Sell new Jio connections to prospective customers by highlighting the benefits of the service.
  • Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines to maintain a positive experience.
  • Ensure a delightful customer experience by responding to all customers in an appropriate tone and language.
  • Capture customer details and data relevant to the call or service to enhance the customer experience.
  • Learn about Jio s plans products and services to add value to the offering and provide a better customer experience.
Requirements
  • Education: 10th pass with a minimum of 50% marks.
  • Experience: Fresher with basic knowledge of reading, writing, and smartphone usage.
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of reading and writing, smartphone usage, speak local language, sales and customer handling skills, ability to learn, goal and result oriented.
