Job Title: Customer Engagement Specialist
">As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new customers and providing them with an exceptional experience. Your primary responsibilities will include acquiring new customers, explaining Jio's recharge plans to existing customers, assisting customers with completing their Jio recharges, selling new Jio connections to prospective customers, resolving customer queries in a timely manner, ensuring a delightful customer experience, responding to customers in an appropriate tone and language, capturing customer details and data relevant to the call or service, and learning about Jio's plans, products, and services to add value to the offering.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">We are looking for individuals who possess basic knowledge of reading and writing, smartphone usage, local language speaking skills, sales and customer handling skills, ability to learn, and goal and result-oriented mindset. A 10th-grade education is required for this position.
