About Our Team

We are a dynamic team dedicated to optimizing our go-to-market engine across technology, operations, and strategy – all in service of one goal: revenue growth.

Our team is responsible for developing campaign plans aligned with business goals and target audience. We launch, monitor, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, design and execute A/B tests for messaging, targeting, and cadence, and collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs and feedback.

What You'll Own
  • Develop campaign plans that drive business results
  • Lead the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns
  • Design and implement A/B tests to optimize campaign performance
  • Cross-functional collaboration to drive campaign success
What We're Looking For
  • A strong analytical mindset with 1–3 years of experience in campaign management or demand generation
  • Proficiency with CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Apollo, etc.)
  • A solid understanding of sales funnel metrics and KPIs
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
