• Build relationships with clients and ensure that all loan applications are processed in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all loan applications and related documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable lending regulations and policies, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
• Continuously monitor loan portfolios and identify opportunities for risk management and improvement, making data-driven decisions to optimize business outcomes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan management software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds and industries.
