Fintech Sales Manager

As a Growth Mindset leader, you will strengthen operational delivery to maximize the productivity of our Ground Agents and collaborate with Regional teams to upsell and cross-sell our fintech ecosystem to merchants. You will derive new initiatives through our existing customer base and untapped markets to bring in new sales. Your goal will be to leverage all vectors and cohorts to achieve our Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets, manage product mix as agreed, and track competition on products and initiatives. You will also ensure compliance with our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Candidate Requirements:
5+ years of experience in the Fintech industry
Must have worked in Sales
Proficient in data handling and presentation
