Job Title: Automation Project Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Project Director to lead our automation projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in industrial automation, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of automation projects.
  • Define project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, production, and commissioning.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and provide status reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes.
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers and engineers to build a high-performance team.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Automation Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial automation systems.
  • Proficient in project management tools.
