Enterprise Project Strategist

The Enterprise Project Strategist spearheads the execution of large-scale automation projects, guiding them from concept to successful completion. Demonstrated expertise in industrial automation and leadership skills are essential for timely delivery within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables aligned with client requirements and business objectives.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring seamless coordination among engineering, procurement, production, and commissioning teams.
  • Cross-functional communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Maintain regular project reviews and status reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes is mandatory.
  • Develop and mentor junior project managers and engineers to foster a high-performance team environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Automation Engineering is required.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of industrial automation systems, proficiency in project management tools, and excellent leadership skills are necessary for success in this role.
