Senior Project Manager

Job Overview:

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading the planning, execution and delivery of large-scale automation projects from concept to completion.

This role requires a high level of technical expertise in industrial automation, excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead project planning, execution and delivery.
  2. Define project scope, goals, milestones and deliverables in alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
  3. Effectively manage project resources, schedules and budgets.
  4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, production and commissioning.
  5. Act as the main point of contact for clients ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  6. Monitor project risks, issues and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies.
  7. Conduct regular project reviews and provide status reports to management and stakeholders.
  8. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations and quality assurance processes.
  9. Mentor and guide junior project managers and engineers to build a high-performance team.
  10. Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation or Industrial Automation Engineering.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of industrial automation systems.
