Job Title: Product Support Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and skilled support professional to join our team. As a key member of our Platform and Tools team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and support.

You will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our internal customers across all levels of the organization. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior stakeholders, and facilitating communication between users and our business and development teams.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to investigate and summarize technical concepts clearly and concisely. You will also be highly organized, independent, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to internal customers on technical issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
  • Escalate issues to senior stakeholders as needed
  • Facilitate communication between users and business and development teams
  • Investigate and summarize technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • Exposure to web-based application development
  • Proven willingness to learn, positive attitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, independent, and able to multitask effectively
  • Knowledge of Agile Execution tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, etc.
  • Experience using Workflow Management tools like ServiceNow, Solutions Business Manager, VersionOne, etc.
