Key Job Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by securing large-scale enterprise sales and partnerships.

  1. Lead the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, positioning our organization as a strategic innovation partner.
  2. Build strong relationships with CXO-level executives to convert corporations into annual members, sponsors, or program partners.
  3. Develop and pitch impactful innovation programs such as startup challenges, accelerators, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), ecosystem immersions, and community-building initiatives.
  4. Utilize CSR and ESG mandates to design innovation programs that drive tangible impact.
  5. Stay up-to-date with sectoral trends to identify new business opportunities and tailor outreach strategies.
  6. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of programs.
  7. Represent our organization at industry events, forums, and partner showcases to drive visibility and expand networks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields is required.
  • MBA or equivalent Master's degree is preferred.
  • Certifications in B2B Sales, Innovation Management, or Design Thinking are an advantage.

  • Innovation Consulting.
  • B2B/Enterprise Tech Sales or SaaS platforms.
  • Startup accelerators, incubators, or ecosystem platforms.
  • Strategic partnerships in GCCs, BFSI, or ITES sectors.

  • CRM familiarity.
