Job Title: Global Business Operations Manager

About the Role:

The Global Business Operations Manager will lead the delivery of efficient and scalable business services across global operations. This role is pivotal in driving transformation through process standardization, data-driven insights, and employee-centric service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end business operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and lifecycle processes across global entities.
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery aligned with defined SLAs and KPIs.
  • Oversee business helpdesk operations to ensure timely resolution of queries.
  • Drive harmonization of business processes
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Champion automation and scalability with platforms like SAP SuccessFactors
  • Ensure compliance with global labor laws, data privacy regulations, and governance standards.
  • Conduct periodic audits and risk assessments to uphold operational integrity and mitigate risks.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and service excellence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align operational goals with strategic priorities.
  • Leverage analytics tools to generate actionable insights on workforce trends, service performance, and employee experience.
  • Deliver dashboards and reports to senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead the strategic scaling of global operations by expanding service scope, increasing delivery capacity, and enhancing operating models to support global growth and transformation initiatives.
