Senior Digital Marketing Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing all efforts & goals on digital paid media: SEM, Display, Paid Social, etc., and serving as the key strategic lead for traffic & conversion generation. You will establish processes to correlate performance marketing metrics to business impact, monitor key metrics like ROAS, ROI, Cost per acquisition, and work with the team to institute best execution processes.

You will network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness, conduct market research and analyze competitors' marketing activities, employing online marketing analytics to gather information from web and social media pages. Additionally, you will manage performance metrics and budget tracking while ensuring learnings are shared and integrated into the team's workflow.

The successful candidate will be highly proficient in Excel, breakdown cohorts, and understand their retention and other behaviors (cohort analysis). Experience in keyword selection process after evaluation of search volume, competition, CPC, and CPA is essential. You will also have experience in running display ads, re-targeting ads, and keyword ads, understanding the importance of quality score in Google Ads.

Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Webmasters, and others is necessary, as well as experience in keyword selection process after evaluation of search volume, competition, and experience in On-page & off-page SEO. Additional skills in Amazon ads, Shopify funnel optimization, email marketing software like Mail Chimp, Klavyo, Hub Spot, and Active Campaign, and website Optimization tools like Hotjar, Similar Web, and Screaming Frog are desirable.
