Real Estate Finance Specialist

Job Title
">We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Real Estate Finance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for originating deals, developing financing solutions, and preparing analytical models for credit underwriting and investors.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Originate deals across standard asset classes, high yield deals, and special situation deals, including lease rental discounting transactions from both primary and secondary markets.">
- Ideate with promoters, CFOs, and CXOs to structure and identify opportunities for financing, restructuring, and settlement advisory mandates.">
- Evaluate real estate assets and engage in continuous dialogue with internal relationships, agencies, investors, and coverage teams.">
- Develop pitches with financing solutions and structuring acceptable credit solutions, preparation of IM, and analytical material for internal do-ability assessment and external investors.">
- Closure of deals including sanctions, due diligences, documentation, and funding.">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">We are looking for candidates with an MBA from top-tier institutions or CA rankers who have at least 8-12 years of experience. A proven track record of origination, structuring, and placement of RE high yield deals is essential.

">A good understanding of taxation and regulatory framework aspects relevant to structuring, listing, etc., is required.
