Senior Executive | Real Estate Valuation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Real Estate Valuation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse valuation projects across global markets, applying various approaches such as Cost Approach, Direct Comparison, and Income Approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property valuations across commercial, residential, industrial, agricultural, and development sectors.
- Develop and review complex real estate valuation models using ARGUS Enterprise.
- Perform secondary research to analyze key valuation drivers, rental benchmarks, vacancy rates, cap rates, and discount rates.
Qualifications:
- Civil Engineering background preferred.
- MBA in Real Estate or related field.
- MRICS certification is highly preferred.
- CFA (International) certification is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant real estate valuation experience.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with ARGUS Enterprise (certification preferred).
Skills and Qualities:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
