Role Overview

TurboHire is seeking a skilled and strategic Demand Generation Field Marketing Manager to fuel top-of-funnel growth and drive impact through high-impact events and field activations.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Demand Generation Strategies: Build top-of-funnel pipeline aligned with account-based marketing ABM approach.
  2. Create Multi-Channel Campaigns: Launch and optimize email, paid media, content syndication targeting key personas across priority geographies.
  3. Manage Retargeting and Awareness Campaigns: Nurture engagement within target accounts on ad platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Google).
  4. Identify White Space Opportunities: Run experiments to increase qualified lead volume and engagement.
  5. Partner with Marketing Operations: Build campaigns using automation tools and ensure accurate lead tracking and attribution.
  6. Collaborate with Product Marketing: Share insights for building targeted effective content strategy aligned with campaign and buyer journey goals.
  7. Align with Sales: Collaborate on campaign themes with pipeline objectives and territory priorities.
  8. Lead Events and Webinars: Plan and execute marketing-led and partnership-driven events, conferences, trade shows, meetups, and internal showcases.
  9. Own Event Lifecycle: Promotions, creative assets, booth design, coordination, delegate communications, and performance reporting.

Requirements
  1. 5-8 Years of Experience: B2B Technology or SaaS marketing with strong exposure to demand generation and event marketing.
  2. Deep Understanding: Modern demand generation tactics, including retargeting, campaign segmentation, and performance measurement.
  3. Hands-On Experience: CRM, marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo), and ad platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
  4. Strong Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple initiatives across teams and geographies.
  5. Excellent Communication: Stakeholder management abilities.
  6. A Proactive Mindset: Comfort in rolling up sleeves and getting into execution details.
