Drive Transformative Change in Global Procurement

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our global team as a Manager, Marketing Procurement Solutions. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our procurement strategy, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional results.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership position and drive the implementation of high-value complex sourcing projects and contracts. You'll work closely with Commercial category leaders and business partners to develop and execute procurement execution strategies that deliver cost savings, improved quality, and enhanced supplier relationships.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning and driving the development of strategic category plans, including identifying supply optimization opportunities and providing insights from internal and market analytics.
  • Partnering with category leaders and business partners on plan development, including building plans for smaller categories and driving/supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Championing process improvements, recommending new ways of working to improve processes and embed new systems in the function.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in sourcing/supply chain/procurement categories, with at least 4 years in leadership roles.
  • Strong contracting acumen, including experience in negotiating complex contracts and Master Services Agreements.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, category management, project, and performance management.
  • Expertise in procurement processes, technology, and systems, contract and supplier analysis and management, financial analysis, market analysis, supplier diversity, strategic planning, and integrated supply chain.
