Brand Marketing Lead

We are seeking a strategic and creative individual to lead our brand marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful brand-building campaigns, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to conceptualize unique marketing initiatives that resonate with diverse audiences.

The Brand Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement, refining strategies based on performance metrics and market feedback, and ideating and leading creation of impactful brand assets.

The successful candidate will also have strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and market trends, and the ability to transform insights into actionable recommendations.

This role offers the opportunity to shape a brand from the ground up and make it unforgettable.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Conceptualize and create impactful brand assets, including videos, graphics, and written content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality deliverables on time.
  • Manage and maintain the brand voice across all platforms.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams to uphold consistency in communications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, social media shifts, and emerging platforms.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, content marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful brand-building campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to conceptualize unique marketing initiatives that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and market trends.
