Job Opportunity

As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for developing innovative marketing and advertising materials that effectively communicate the company's offerings. This includes product labels, documents, brochures, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and produce online and offline collateral for marketing and sales, including original campaigns, direct mail, brochures, print and banner ads, product sheets, PowerPoint presentations, and more.
  • Collaborate closely with Art Directors and Brand teams to understand client business needs.
  • Formulate forward-thinking concepts and render designs for multimedia campaigns while elevating client brand.
  • Design and produce a diverse range of graphic, print, and digital media collateral to support client needs.
  • Develop comprehensive multimedia campaigns.
  • Identify fresh and innovative design solutions that push boundaries of client brand and explore more effective formats and media channels.
  • Ensure all work produced meets suitably high standards and aligns with brand guidelines and specifications.
Requirements

We are seeking a creative professional with a minimum of 3 years' experience in designing and producing marketing collaterals. You should have excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and GEN AI Tools, as well as the ability to ask strategic and logical questions to elicit full understanding of client needs.

Additional requirements include the ability to analyze issues and make decisions for the greater good, work independently and collaboratively to achieve business objectives, strong project management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent networking skills, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
