Business Finance Director

Unit Finance Lead plays a pivotal role in driving financial excellence across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize financial performance, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Reporting and Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate statutory reporting, adhering to set protocols and requirements.
- Performance Monitoring: Provide regular reports to stakeholders on unit performance against budget and key performance indicators.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively, escalating concerns as necessary.
- Audit and Compliance: Manage audit queries and collaborate with Group compliance to ensure seamless execution.
- Taxation and Treasury: Ensure accurate taxation policies are adopted, including corporate, VAT, and tax planning.
- Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, contributing to commercial negotiations.
- Team Leadership: Foster a high-performing finance team, driving collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- CA/CMA qualification with >12 years of experience
- Background from Hospital/Healthcare domain
- Proficient in English and Hindi
- Excellent communication skills
- Observational and critical thinking skills
- Strong teamwork and people skills
- Ability to take initiative
- Emotional intelligence and resilience
