Agile Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead our software development projects from initiation to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing agile software development projects, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute agile software development projects from initiation to completion.
  • Build and motivate agile development teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor and control project expenses, ensuring that projects are delivered within allocated budget.
  • Foster open communication within the team and with stakeholders, providing regular status updates and reports.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to define and implement quality standards and processes.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Minimum 10 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years of experience as an Agile Scrum Master in the IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Mandatory Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
