We are seeking a skilled e-learning professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality educational content that meets the needs of our diverse audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and review storyboards/scripts, design and review assessments, and conduct output/build reviews as part of the e-content development cycle.
  • Verify the adherence to specifications by meticulously checking the final deliverables of each project.
  • Ensure all changes and improvements made to content are accurately tracked and incorporated across all relevant platforms and materials.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications
  • Education: A graduate or post-graduate degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Experience: Proven work experience as an Instructional Designer with demonstrated ability to perform in this capacity.
Skills & Expertise
  • Instructional Design Mastery: Well-versed with Instructional Design models and proficient in executing/reviewing storyboarding/scripting, assessment creation/review, and output/build reviews as part of the e-content development cycle.
  • E-learning Authoring Tools: Demonstrated command over e-learning authoring tools, specifically Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, and at least two other similar tools.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command over the English language and grammar.
  • Collaboration: Strong ability to collaborate and coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams.
