Job Title

A senior-level professional is required to oversee the operational delivery and strategic partnership for HR-related processes and initiatives. This role will serve as a key liaison between various stakeholders, including business leaders and HR teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process transformations and technology enablement strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead the transition of HR work into regional GBS locations, working closely with local stakeholders and global process owners.
  • Oversee readiness activities, such as knowledge transfer, resource ramp-up, and documentation standardization.
  • Coordinate process stabilization post-transition, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and employee workflows.
  • Establish and maintain transition governance frameworks, including KPIs, SLAs, performance scorecards, and escalation procedures.
  • Participate in change management efforts, supporting communication and training plans at the local level.
  • Drive the successful transition and implementation of HR Operations at respective GBS centers, promoting global consistency in approach and providing support for hiring efforts.
  • Oversight and thought leadership throughout the implementation of GBS HR Operations, ensuring the successful transition of all in-scope activities to regional centers.
