Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager for the South Asia region.

Responsibilities
  • Manage existing client relationships to ensure renewals, generate new business, and maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Expand into new territories, targeting CSP industry clients to acquire new logos.
  • Meet quarterly and annual sales revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with finance and collections teams to drive collections.
  • Develop strong relationships with partners (OEM, local partners, consultants) to capture new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Product, Delivery, Customer Success, Finance, Legal) to achieve project outcomes.
  • Ensure effective project governance for key projects involving internal and external teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B selling to Telcos.
  • Experience selling messaging and/or BSS solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team.

Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
