Job Title: Senior Lead – Data Privacy

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Lead – Data Privacy to lead our organization's data privacy initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective data privacy frameworks across various business units.
  • Craft and enforce comprehensive data protection policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote data protection awareness and adherence.
  • Provide expert guidance on data protection regulations and compliance standards.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in data privacy, compliance, or related fields.
  • Possession of a law degree (LLB) is mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience with data protection implementation, frameworks, and incident management.
  • Strong understanding of global data protection laws and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Data Protection Expertise: We are looking for an individual with exceptional data protection expertise to drive our organization's data privacy strategy forward. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data protection implementation, frameworks, and incident management.

Key Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Licenses/Certifications: Possession of a law degree (LLB) is mandatory.

Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in a related field such as law or computer science is preferred but not necessary.

Professional Certifications: Professional certifications in data protection or information security are highly valued but not required.
