Merchant Banking Executive Lead

As a seasoned leader, you will oversee the execution of IPO mandates, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure timely preparation and submission of offer documents. This critical role demands meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams (origination, compliance, research, sales) and external partners (lawyers, auditors, registrars)
  • Ensure prompt preparation and submission of essential documents- DRHP, RHP, and related filings with regulatory bodies
  • Manage regulatory queries, observations, and approvals with precision and professionalism
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the IPO process
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including promoters, board members, and senior employees of client companies
  • Assist in developing investor roadshows, analyst meets, and IPO marketing strategies (Domestic and International)
  • Liaise with research and sales teams to ensure effective messaging to institutional and retail investors
  • Accountability: Ensure accurate reporting of all material data
  • Liaison with third parties, including consultants, exchanges, regulators
