
Strategic Business Development Lead

We are seeking a detail-driven professional to fill the role of Growth and Strategy Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various special projects across different business units, with a focus on telesales operations. This role is suitable for an individual who is proactive, skilled in problem-solving, and has strong program management capabilities.
The Growth and Strategy Manager will work closely with senior stakeholders across the company hierarchy, requiring excellent stakeholder management skills. Key responsibilities include:
- Telesales Operations: Implement and optimize telesales strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize advanced data analysis to identify trends, forecast performance, and provide actionable insights. Maintain and analyze performance data in Google Sheets to ensure accurate reporting and tracking of key metrics.
- Problem Solving: Apply strong problem-solving skills to address business challenges, implement effective solutions, and drive continuous improvement within telesales operations.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal stakeholders across departments to align objectives, communicate findings, and drive projects forward.
- Program Management: Oversee special projects related to telesales and business growth initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, and resources to achieve objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or MBA with relevant experience.
- Proven experience in leading a telesales setup with 30+ agents, with demonstrated success in driving results.
- Proficient in Google Sheets and data analysis, with a high degree of comfort in working with data to make informed decisions.
- Strong detail orientation and a commitment to understanding issues thoroughly to deliver effective solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience working across diverse teams.
