Experience: 5+ years of leadership experience in a related field

Industry: Fintech / NBFC / Digital Lending / Financial Services

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven leader to lead our Gold Loan Product vertical. This role combines P&L ownership, product innovation, and cross-functional leadership with a focus on deep collaboration with partner banks and financial institutions to co-create scalable lending constructs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving business growth, developing and implementing strategic plans, and building high-performing teams. They will be able to translate complex business problems into actionable solutions and drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and improve profitability
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement new product features and processes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of initiatives

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
  • Experience with product development and launch
