Key Business Role: Strategic Product Development Specialist

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the development of our innovative fintech platform.

  • Translate market needs into detailed product requirements for scalable, intelligent features.
  • Lead product requirement gathering sessions using techniques like use case development, user story mapping, and process flow definition.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define detailed product requirements for complex systems, including real-time data (APIs, WebSockets), AI/ML features, and blockchain integrations.
Core Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the product backlog.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (grooming, planning, reviews) using Scrum/Kanban to ensure clear communication and on-time delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between business, technology, and compliance teams, ensuring product developments align with strategic objectives.
  • Partner with QA engineers to review test plans for comprehensive coverage and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
