Job Title: Strategic Business Solutions Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to lead our business solutions team. As a Strategic Business Solutions Lead, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of our Power Apps tool, including vendor oversight and budget management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the implementation and ongoing support of the Power Apps tool across business units
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive tool adoption and standardization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align skills inventory data with workforce planning strategies
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives based on tool insights and evolving business goals
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management and vendor oversight
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
