About the Job

This senior-level recruitment position focuses on strategic talent acquisition, with a primary goal of filling IT staffing augmentation roles. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing full lifecycle recruiting in high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Cultivate relationships with external talent sources, including job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Manage candidate databases, track conversion rates, and analyze data to inform recruitment decisions.
  • Negotiate salaries and offers with candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Coordinate phone, video, and onsite interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Requirements:
  • At least 10+ years of experience in managing full lifecycle recruiting in high-growth environments.
  • Hands-on experience in hiring and placing Full-time/W2/1099 & Corp-to-Corp candidates.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data and market insights to drive recruitment strategy.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
