We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Talent Corner. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company, shaping the digital marketing strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans, including SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Create and curate engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns to attract and retain a target audience.
  • Optimize website content to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
  • Paid Campaigns using modern tools to generate measurable leads and business from various digital platforms.
  • Maintain and grow the company's presence on various social media platforms, create and schedule posts, and engage with the audience.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, segment email lists, and analyze campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, and use data to refine and improve marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Visual Communication, and Certification in Digital Marketing or similar.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing software and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hubspot, SEM Rush).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to adapt to changing trends.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, business, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Positive attitude and deadline-driven.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
