
Human Resources Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a HR & Admin Professional.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of administrative tasks, ensuring a seamless and efficient work environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Onboard new employees, conduct inductions, orientations, and assimilations into the team
- Organize employee engagement activities, including one-on-one connects, team-building events, and sports tournaments
- Manage performance evaluations, quarterly check-ins, skip-level meetings, and annual appraisals
- Handle employee queries, address concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment with organizational requirements
- Conduct exit interviews to improve employee retention and provide recommendations for improvement
- Provide support to corporate learning and development, talent acquisition teams as required
- Manage facility maintenance, space allocation, electrical services, air conditioning, fire safety, internet, minor projects, soft services, cafeteria, inventory management, vendor lists, and compliance
