Human Resources Management Opportunity

In 1967, KAYTENT Industries started its journey with manufacturing and supplying tents, tactical equipment, and web gear to the Indian Army, UN, and paramilitary forces.

Today, as an OEM manufacturer of backpacks, we supply leading luggage and laptop brands.

The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, overseeing recruitment, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a positive working environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Requirements:

  • A strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.

  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role is advantageous.
