This role plays a pivotal part in managing and nurturing relationships with influencers to drive successful campaigns and partnerships.

  • Identify, onboard, and maintain a diverse portfolio of exclusive influencers aligned with objectives.
  • The primary focus will be cultivating talent relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless execution of influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Closely collaborate with internal teams to deliver compelling and impactful influencer-led initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard influencers across various social media platforms who resonate with objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers.
  • Collaborate with account managers and clients to develop influencer marketing strategies.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts with influencers.
  • Evaluate compliance with legal and regulatory requirements regarding influencer partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 1 year in influencer marketing, talent management, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
