Key responsibilities include:

  • Joining sales demos to answer customer technical questions.
  • Acting as a technical guide to help customers understand product capabilities.
  • Designing creative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Assisting with new customer onboarding and technical setup.
  • Handling customer support tickets and providing effective solutions.
  • Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements for success in this position include:

  • 1-4 years of experience in technical support, implementation, or software support.
  • A problem-solving mindset and ability to design creative workarounds.
  • Curious and proactive nature with good communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Good to have experience with APIs, CRMs, or integrations.
