Job Title: SAP CX Technical Consultant

We are seeking a skilled SAP Sales & Service Cloud V2.0 Developer to join our team.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders, functional consultants, and architects to deliver scalable and innovative customer experience solutions.

  • Develop, configure, and enhance applications in SAP Sales & Service Cloud V2.0.
  • Implement custom extensions using SAP BTP, CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model), Node.js/Java, SAP UI5/Fiori.
  • Build and maintain integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), and third-party systems.
  • Design and develop custom UIs, workflows, and business rules to support sales and service processes.
  • Support data migration and develop custom APIs/OData services where required.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of applications.
  • Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in SAP Sales Cloud & Service Cloud (V2.0) with proven experience in development, extensions, integrations, and customizations.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP BTP, CAP, Node.js/Java, SAP UI5/Fiori, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP CPI, and third-party systems.
  • Ability to design and develop custom UIs, workflows, and business rules to support sales and service processes.
  • Experience with data migration and developing custom APIs/OData services.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
