SAP Solutions Architect

Solution architects are pivotal in driving business innovation and transformation through the effective design, implementation, and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. We seek a seasoned expert to join our team.

• Act as a subject matter expert across SAP HCM & SuccessFactors modules, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to clients.
• Drive solution design, documentation, and advisory presentations for global customers, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
• Provide hands-on functional delivery and ensure high-quality implementation of SuccessFactors programs.
• Lead discovery workshops, strategy discussions, and design thinking sessions to identify and prioritize client needs and objectives.
• Participate actively in pre-sales cycles including RFP responses, estimations, and solution demos, showcasing expertise and building trust with potential clients.
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, providing AMS support as needed, and stepping into the Project Manager role when required.
• Mentor, train, and lead junior consultants, fostering talent growth within the team and promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Conduct performance feedback, evaluations, and ratings for downstream resources, ensuring consistent quality and standards.
• Manage Proofs of Concept (POCs), solution demos, and creation of sales collaterals, highlighting the value proposition of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Liaise with SAP to maintain SuccessFactors partnership status, ensuring access to the latest features, tools, and support.
• Contribute to thought leadership by publishing blogs, whitepapers, and participating in industry events/webinars, showcasing expertise and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
• Travel onsite (domestic/international) for customer engagements as necessary, building relationships and delivering results.
• Lead and grow the SAP SuccessFactors practice, scaling headcount with business demand, and driving revenue growth.
• Deliver cost optimization, automation, and rapid deployment solutions for clients, leveraging expertise in cross-module integrations and enterprise applications.
• Ensure integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems is seamless, minimizing disruptions and maximizing benefits.
• Report regularly on practice growth, KPIs, and strategic initiatives to the Practice Head, providing visibility and insights into the success of the SAP SuccessFactors practice.

• 15+ years of overall experience in SAP HCM & SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 7+ years in SuccessFactors implementation & consulting, demonstrating expertise and depth.
• Proven Subject Matter Expertise in Employee Central, Onboarding, and Recruiting covering the complete Hire-to-Retire process, with extensive knowledge of the SuccessFactors Suite.
• Strong experience in cross-module integrations with SAP ERP, Non-SAP systems, Payroll, Benefits, and other enterprise applications, ensuring seamless integration and maximum benefit.
• Broad knowledge of the SuccessFactors Suite; exposure to Time Tracking & Payroll is an advantage, allowing for more comprehensive solutions.
• Extensive experience delivering global, multi-module, multi-location SuccessFactors programs in complex environments, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
• Solid consulting background in SuccessFactors Advisory, Process Audits, and Best Practice Design, showcasing ability to drive results and deliver value.
• Proven Project Management expertise with ability to lead end-to-end programs, from planning to delivery.
• Pre-Sales experience: RFPs, solutioning, estimations, client presentations, and demos, showcasing ability to communicate complex ideas and build trust with clients.
